Have you ever dreamed of getting on a plane to explore another country on an unforgettable soccer adventure? We are excited to announce New River United will be offering International Soccer Trips beginning in 2027.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL DIRECTOR

Our Director of Player Development, David Shriver, will also be serving as the club's International Travel Director.

Shriver brings over 20+ years of executive experience in business development, strategic planning and system implementation while leading global travel companies. He built and managed a National Soccer Travel Division serving elite youth clubs and high school programs across the country.

He arranged, designed, and operated international soccer trips for top NCAA men’s & women’s programs—including University of Virginia, University of Maryland, Stanford, Georgetown, Yale, Marquette, Syracuse, and many ODP (Olympic Development Program) across the United States.

Annually, he ran over 100 Youth Soccer Tours across Europe & Central America, featuring international tournaments, pro coaching education, club matches vs. top-tier teams, stadium tours, and national team facility training.

We are excited to bring this opportunity to travel the globe for our Coaches, Players and Families in the New River Valley.
